Product Feature of Vertical lathe with Drilling And Milling Machine

(1) Shorten the product manufacturing process chain and improve production efficiency. Turning and milling combined processing can complete all or most of the processing procedures at one time, thus greatly shortening the product manufacturing process chain. In this way, on the one hand, the production assistance time caused by the change of the installation card is reduced, and the manufacturing cycle and waiting time of the tooling fixture are also reduced, which can significantly improve the production efficiency.

(2) Reduce the number of clamping and improve processing accuracy. The reduction in the number of card loading avoids the accumulation of errors due to the conversion of positioning benchmarks. At the same time, most of the current turning-milling composite processing equipment has the function of online detection, which can realize the in-position detection and precision control of key data in the manufacturing process, thereby improving the processing accuracy of the product.

(3) This machine is equipped with a floor-standing console, which is equipped with FANUC operation panel and all operation keys of the machine. It can be operated according to the programming of the machining parts, and the required actions can also be manually operated.

In addition, it is equipped with a set of hand-held portable operation box, which contains commonly used operation keys of CNC tool post and hand pulser, so the operation of this machine is convenient and flexible.

(4) The turning main drive and variable speed mechanism are driven by a set of vertical DC main motor, the main motor is directly connected to the main transmission box, and the two-stage (i=1 and i=4) vertical shaft mechanism variable speed drive is used to achieve the required speed range during turning . The DC speed control system adopts American Parker.

The two-stage transmission is controlled by an electromagnetic slide valve to change the speed of the cylinder oil circuit. The two-stage hydraulic pressure is automatically switched, and the output gear meshes with the gear in the worktable. In order to prevent the pressure release of the transmission cylinder, a pressure relay, an accumulator and a hydraulic lock mechanism are installed on the control oil circuit to ensure reliable two-stage transmission. All gears in the gearbox adopt a quenching and grinding process to obtain high transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency. , And reduce the vibration and noise of the transmission.

(5) The spindle of the worktable is of short spindle structure, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable. The guide rail of the worktable adopts a constant flow static pressure guide rail, and the oil is supplied by a gear pump that adapts to changes in speed. The oil pump motor adopts an AC variable frequency motor to adapt to the flow required by different workpiece weights. The required pressure is reduced by a high-precision equal flow gear oil separator. Oil is injected into the oil cavity to achieve better oil film thickness and end face accuracy of the worktable under the conditions of different workpiece weights on the worktable. Make the hydrostatic guide rail have a higher oil film stiffness and a smaller end.

Application of Vertical lathe with Drilling And Milling Function

This lathe is suitable for high-speed steel, cemented carbide and ceramic tools. It can rough and finish parts made of various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials. It can complete turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end faces, and cutting Processes such as grooves, metric and inch threads and revolving surfaces.

Advantage:

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
