1. This Double Column Vertical Lathe with C axis is suitable for machining of all kinds of industries. It can process external column face, circular conical surface,head face, shotted, severance of car wheel lathe.
2. Working table of Vertical Lathe Manual is to adopt hydrostatic guideway. The spindle is to use bearing which able to turn precisely,Bearing capacity of bearing is good.
3. Gear case is to use 40 Cr gear of gear grinding. It has high precision and little noise. Both hydraulic part and electrical equipment are used famous-brand products in China.
4. Plastic coated guideways are wearable.Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
5. Foundry technique of lathe is to use lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Cast part has good quality.
6. The vertical motion of the cross sliding is equipped with a hydraulic balance oil cylinder to balance the weight of the sliding pillow to make it stable.
7. The hydraulic system of this machine tool is composed of the main transmission speed change system, the vertical tool rest hydraulic balance system, the beam clamping and loosening system, the main transmission lubrication system and the table hydrostatic guide rail system.
8. Adopt closed electric box. The electric box adopts the air conditioner to dissipate heat to ensure the normal operation of the electrical equipment.
9. This machine tool is equipped with a floor-type console, and the console is equipped with an operation panel and all operation keys of the machine tool, which can be operated according to the programming of the processing parts, and can also be manually operated.
Adavantage of Vertical Lathe Machine with C axis
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
