1.Product Introduction of Vertical Lathe with C axis for Drilling and Milling

(1)Besides the general function of common Vertical Turning Milling Machine, CXK52 series machine has both function of turning and milling, CXK52 series machine has 3 simultaneously controlled axes. It can finish drilling, milling and turning at single set up.

(2)The movement of railhead and ram is driven by ball screw nut pair, the guide way adopts”pump per pocket” type closed hydrostatic guideway with constant flow

(3)The railhead moves on the crossrail with load relief beam to bear the weight of railhead and reduce the deformation of crossrail guideway, in order to keep moving accuracy of rail head.

2. Advantages:

Compared with conventional CNC machining technology, the outstanding advantages of compound machining are mainly manifested in the following aspects.

(1) Shorten the product manufacturing process chain and improve production efficiency. Turning and milling combined processing can complete all or most of the processing procedures at one time, thus greatly shortening the product manufacturing process chain. In this way, on the one hand, the production assistance time caused by the change of the installation card is reduced, and the manufacturing cycle and waiting time of the tooling fixture are also reduced, which can significantly improve the production efficiency.

(2) Reduce the number of clamping and improve processing accuracy. The reduction in the number of card loading avoids the accumulation of errors due to the conversion of positioning benchmarks. At the same time, most of the current turning-milling composite processing equipment has the function of online detection, which can realize the in-position detection and precision control of key data in the manufacturing process, thereby improving the processing accuracy of the product.

(3) Reduce floor space and production cost. Although the price of a single unit of turning-milling composite processing equipment is relatively high, the overall fixed assets can be effectively reduced due to the shortening of the manufacturing process chain and the reduction of equipment required for products, as well as the reduction in the number of fixtures, workshop area and equipment maintenance costs. The cost of investment, production operation and management.

(4) The spindle of the worktable is of short spindle structure, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable. The guide rail of the worktable adopts a constant flow static pressure guide rail, and the oil is supplied by a gear pump that adapts to changes in speed. The oil pump motor adopts an AC variable frequency motor to adapt to the flow required by different workpiece weights. The required pressure is reduced by a high-precision equal flow gear oil separator. Oil is injected into the oil cavity to achieve better oil film thickness and end face accuracy of the worktable under the conditions of different workpiece weights on the worktable. Make the hydrostatic guide rail have a higher oil film stiffness and a smaller end.

(5)The C-axis of the worktable is used for milling feed and boring indexing. It is driven by an AC servo motor, and the speed range of the C-axis is realized through a fixed-ratio speed reduction transmission pair. The end of the C-axis transmission chain adopts a double gear meshing structure with a large gear ring. The helical gear is pushed by the oil cylinder on the III shaft through the hydraulic system, and one of the two transmission chains meshing with the large gear ring produces relative rotation and causes the gear ring to rotate. The two pairs of pinion gears meshing with the ring gear form opposite tooth surface contact, eliminating the gap in the transmission chain.

Advantage:

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
