1. The spindle of the table adopts a short spindle structure. The spindle is equipped with a NN3068K/W series double-row radial short cylindrical roller bearing. The inner ring has a tapered hole. The radial clearance is adjusted to ensure the spindle precision. The table uses a constant-current hydrostatic guide to withstand vertical loads. To prevent thermal deformation, it has an oil temperature automatic control box that can cool the hydraulic oil.
2. The gantry consists of left and right columns and coupling beams. In the upper part of the gantry, there are left and right lifting boxes, which are driven by an AC motor. The girders and double screws are used to move the beams along the left and right column rails. The high-strength, low-stress cast iron materials of the left and right columns and coupling beams of the machine tool make the machine tool have greater strength and higher rigidity. After aging treatment, the stress is eliminated and the precision of the machine tool is ensured.
3. The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine. The contact surface of the beam and the column rail is adhered with a PTFE wear-resistant rail soft belt,
4. The tool post is consist of left and right tool holders, which are respectively composed of a beam sliding seat, a ram, a reduction gear box and a balance cylinder assembly.
5. Platform on crossbeam, Block at the end of screw is used to adjust manually. Central controller and controller on platform can both operate the vertical lathe.
6. The hydraulic station includes a worktable static pressure system, a main drive speed changing system, a beam clamping system。The vertical lathe can be equipped with C axis for milling and boring function.
